About the role
We’re growing in a market where a lot is agreed in person and in Serbian: with building managers and residents’ assemblies, with companies that want chargers and with the grid operator. We’re looking for a lawyer to lead these conversations on behalf of Evolako, prepare and review contracts, and help us do everything cleanly and by the rules.
What you’ll do
- Lead Evolako’s partnership talks with building managers and residents’ assemblies.
- Prepare and review contracts with hotels, garages, developers, dealerships and electricians.
- Communicate with EDS, EPS and other institutions for our projects.
- Review our terms, privacy policy and texts before they go live.
- As an extra, as we grow: reviewing contracts with investors and startup support programs.
Who we’re looking for
- A law graduate: an attorney, a law-firm associate or a lawyer working independently.
- Experience with commercial contracts.
- Confident Serbian, spoken and written; English or Russian for working in the team.
- You lead conversations calmly and clearly with people who aren’t lawyers.
Bonus points if
- Housing and building management or energy law.
- Experience with startups or investment agreements.

Your first month
- Week 1: you get to know the business, the kits and our documents.
- Week 2: review of our terms and contractor agreements.
- Weeks 3–4: first talks with a building manager or a company on behalf of Evolako.
